Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aurin's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Service Description

Aurin is a visual communication agency specialized in graphic design, branding, corporate identity, UX/UI design and digital strategy. We offer professional services that include:

• Brand and experience audits
• Corporate identity and branding design
• User experience design (UX/UI)
• Digital strategy and marketing
• Visual communication consulting

Specific services, scope, deliverables and timelines will be defined in commercial proposals and individual contracts.

3. Contracting Process

The process of contracting our services includes:

• Initial consultation: Assessment of project needs and objectives
• Commercial proposal: Document detailing scope, timelines and costs
• Service contract: Formal agreement signed by both parties
• Advance payment: Initial payment as established in the contract
• Execution: Project development according to agreed timeline

Projects will only begin once the contract is signed and the corresponding advance payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client commits to:

• Provide complete, accurate and timely information necessary for the project
• Deliver materials, content and resources within agreed timeframes
• Designate an authorized representative for decision making
• Conduct reviews and provide feedback within established deadlines
• Make payments according to agreed schedule
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All creative works, designs, codes and materials developed by Aurin are our property until full final payment of the project is made. Once payment is completed:

• The client acquires usage rights to the delivered final work
• Aurin retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and promotional materials
• Source files and work elements may have usage restrictions
• Any additional use not contemplated requires written authorization

Specific rights will be detailed in the individual contract for each project.

6. Payments and Billing

Payment conditions include:

• Prices will be established in each commercial proposal
• Typically a 50% advance is required to start the project
• The remaining balance is paid upon delivery of final files
• Payments must be made in the agreed currency and method
• Overdue invoices may generate late payment interest
• Final files will not be delivered until full payment is completed

7. Revisions and Modifications

Each proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional modifications outside the original scope may generate additional costs. Change requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated in terms of impact on time and cost.

Substantial changes in project scope after initiation will require a contract addendum with adjustments in times and costs.

8. Delivery Times

Delivery times are established in each contract and are subject to:

• Timely receipt of information and materials from the client
• Approval and feedback within established times
• Absence of significant changes in scope
• Availability of technical and human resources

Delays caused by the client may extend agreed deadlines proportionally.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining confidentiality about sensitive information shared during the business relationship. This obligation remains in effect even after the project is completed, except for information that is in the public domain or must be disclosed by law.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may cancel the project with written notification. In case of cancellation:

• The client will pay for work performed up to the cancellation date
• Advance payments are non-refundable
• Aurin will deliver completed work up to that point
• Intellectual property rights remain with Aurin until full settlement

11. Limitation of Liability

Aurin will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We do not guarantee specific commercial results derived from the use of our designs or strategies.

12. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree to:

• Not perform illegal or unauthorized activities
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site
• Not interfere with site functionality
• Not copy or distribute content without authorization

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any controversy arising from these terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
